Orange peel also known as Tangerine peel, is the dried ripe peel of the citrus reticulata blanco plant orange and its cultivated variants, and the orange peel that is well preserved for more than three years can be called tangerine peel(Latin name: Citrus sinensis(L.) Osbeck;Citrus aurantium L.).

The 1113S product comes from Taizhou, Zhejiang, net selection electric baking and drying orange peel shredded, compared with the traditional drying process, the electric roasting process better retains its active ingredients. Its skin is orange-red or reddish brown, with fine wrinkles and concave dotted oil chambers, the inner surface is light yellowish white, the taste is spicy and slightly bitter, and it is used in hot pot base, marinade, sauce, catering seasoning, etc.
