Star anise(Latin name: Illicium verum Hook.F) is a magnolia family, star anise, can be used as a seasoning spices, but also for medicinal purposes. It mainly produced in Guangxi, Yunnan and Guangdong and other places. According to the harvest season and different production areas, star anise can be divided into Da Hong star anise, Chun Hua star anise and dry branch star anise.

Our 1101A product chooses sulfur-free red star anise which was grown in Fangcheng Port, Guangxi, water scalding, clean energy drying, its color is light brown or reddish brown, the petal angle is neat to eight petals, the petal is thick, the sharp corner is straight, the taste is astringent, suitable for marinades, sauces, hot pot, seasonings, etc.
