Start up: pioneer with courage (1989–2004)
In the 1990s, when China's spice industry was still in a mess, Rushi embarked on its entrepreneurial journey. Through long-term exploration and practice, Rushi has innovatively created the "low-temperature sealed quality-maintained storage method" and the "purifying selection process" for Sichuan pepper and spices, leading the industry in "quality-maintained storage".
Grow up: forge ahead with perseverance (2005–2014)
In 2005, Rushi officially started the industrialized purifying selection of Sichuan pepper and spices.
In 2009, Rushi's first stone removal equipment came out, raising the purifying selection rate of products to 97%.
In 2010, Rushi built a production and processing base in Deyang, Sichuan Province, and first introduced the imported infrared screening and X-ray screening technologies and other equipment. By doing so, it sent the purifying selection rate of raw materials to 99% for the first time, achieving milestone progress in the purifying selection of raw materials.
Development: embrace cooperation and innovation with ambitious goals (2015–2019)
In 2015, Rushi established a traceability mechanism and partnered with the government and professional institutions to build the "10+50" raw material selection system to ensure the supervision over all processes from planting to processing of raw materials, eventually guaranteeing product quality.
In 2017, it constructed two production and processing bases focused on Sichuan pepper and spices, respectively.
Guide: pursue excellence with craftsmanship spirit (2020–present)
Since 2020 when Rushi entered the stage of scientific innovation, it has built dozens of intelligent production lines with an annual capacity of more than 16,000 tons and a perennial refrigeration quality-maintained storage capacity of around 2,000 tons. Meanwhile, it has independently developed the 9-step purifying selection process and the 27-pass filtration technology, further improving the purifying selection rate of raw materials to 99.5%. In addition, it has opened its factories for public visits and led the drafting of the Szechuan Pepper and other industry standards, promoting the normalized and standardized development of the industry.
Looking forward, Rushi will keep to sustainable development and continue to explore and innovate, so as to lift the purifying selection rate of raw materials to 99.9% and above.
